Please review my shop policies before purchase. By purchasing, you are agreeing to our terms and policies. By Rebecca Noe cannot be held responsible for the failure to read the full listing information, announcements, and shop policies.


Shipping

Once I receive your order I will immediately get started on it. Processing time is 3-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. I will contact you if there will be a delay. Custom order requests can take longer and dealt with on an individual basis.

SALE ITEMS are a final sale.

Domestic US orders

Shipping is via USPS PRIORITY. Within the United States this includes tracking, signature required & insurance.

If an item is lost or stolen while in transit, please contact me so and I can make a claim with the USPS on your behalf. Please note, in most case items should not take more than 7 days to arrive from time of posting but depending on your location, shipping may take from 1-2 weeks. Expedited shipping is an extra charge. Please contact me directly to make arrangements.

International orders

Please be aware that some International parcels may require customs fees. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs/duty fees which will vary from country to country. Shipping times vary according to country.

Holiday Shipping:

Any item ordered in November will take longer than normal to ship. Any item ordered after December 10th will not ship until January.

Return policy

I gladly accept returns or exchanges on full price purchases.

Contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ship item(s) back within 15 days of delivery, unworn, unused in the same packaging. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was an error on my side.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: custom or personalized orders and/or sale items.

Repair policy

If for some reason your piece is in need of repair within 6 months of purchase, I will gladly fix it at no cost. After 6 months cost is to be determined on an individual basis. My jewelry is made to last but nothing is indestructible. I will do my best to replace broken gemstones, pearls, and other one of a kind pieces but I cannot guarantee it will be the exact same due to each stone being unique.

Once you have placed your repair order I will contact you with shipping details.

Within the United States, please send your item USPS with tracking and insurance. I cannot be responsible for lost packages. Package it in a heavily padded envelope or strong box. Once your item arrives I will contact you regarding cost, time and details about your repair.

Photography

Photos of my jewelry are taken close up and can appear larger than actual size. These photos are taken outdoors with natural Hawaiian sunshine as the light, so please note, color may vary. Due to the nature of the pieces in my jewelry collection some items may have small irregularities or color variations. I do my best to take several photos to prevent misrepresentation. Do not hesitate to request more photos or information on any piece.
